NGBoom may introduce a necessary preference, security or consent cookie when a feature requires it. Optional analytics or advertising cookies should be disclosed and controlled before use where consent is required. The policy and effective date will be updated when the public cookie setup changes materially.

What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text record stored by a browser for a website. It can contain an identifier, preference, expiry time and security settings. A session cookie normally disappears when the browser session ends. A persistent cookie remains until its expiry date or manual deletion.
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and server-side identifiers. They can remember settings or measure activity without always appearing in the browser’s cookie list. This policy uses cookie as a convenient general term where the distinction does not change the visitor’s choice.
Why the public site can work without cookies
NGBoom’s main product is public editorial content. Reading an article, table or FAQ does not require a public account, shopping basket or personalised dashboard. The server can deliver a cached copy of a public page without placing a cookie in the visitor’s browser.
Server logs can still record technical request information such as IP address, browser, URL, time and response status. A server log is not a browser cookie. Its handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Necessary cookies
A strictly necessary cookie supports a function requested by the visitor or protects the service. Examples include remembering a privacy choice, maintaining an authorised administrator session, preventing cross-site request forgery or applying a temporary security challenge.
Blocking a necessary cookie can make a login or preference feature fail. Public articles should remain readable when no personalised feature is being used. Necessary cookies should not be repurposed for unrelated advertising.
Analytics cookies
Analytics can show which pages are visited, whether navigation works and where performance needs improvement. No analytics cookie was observed during the anonymous homepage test on the effective date. If cookie-based analytics is enabled later, the provider, purpose, lifetime and choice mechanism should be added here.
A measurement system may also use aggregated or cookieless signals. Those signals can still involve technical data, so their privacy handling belongs in the Privacy Policy even when the browser cookie list is empty.
Affiliate links and destination cookies
An outbound link may contain an affiliate reference in its URL. That reference can attribute a later registration or qualifying action to NGBoom. A URL parameter is not automatically a cookie, although the destination may store it in its own cookie or account record after the visitor leaves NGBoom.
Casino and betting operators control their own login, payment, preference, analytics and advertising technologies. Review the destination’s cookie notice before creating an account. Clearing an NGBoom cookie would not remove a cookie stored under another domain.
Embedded content
A page may later embed a video, map, social post or other external element. Loading an embed can send the visitor’s IP address and page information to its provider and may set third-party storage. NGBoom currently prefers ordinary text and locally presented content where that is sufficient.
When optional embedded content requires consent, a placeholder should be shown until the visitor chooses to load it. Opening the provider in a new tab is another way to avoid loading the element automatically on NGBoom.

Browser interfaces use different names such as Cookies and site data, Storage or Tracking protection. A privacy extension may also block a request before it reaches storage, so two visitors can observe different results.
How to block or delete cookies
Modern browsers let a visitor delete data for one site, block third-party cookies or clear all stored data. Deleting one site’s data is usually less disruptive than clearing every saved login. Private browsing removes most session data when its private windows close.
